Weekly prices

The prices in the chart are for weekly lodging, (from Saturday to Saturday).

*Low season: October – November – December – January – February – March – April
The reserved rooms can be occupied from 15:00 of the arriving day, and have to be vacated by 10:00 of departure day.
Parking inside, and possibility to put boats on trailers. The entrance, even temporary, of other people is not allowed both in the apartment and in the public areas of the residence.

Extra requested charges:

• Air Conditioner: € 70,00 per week, (€ 140,00 per Borraco apartment)
• Household linen: € 20,00 per person
• Household linen change and rooms cleaning, on Saturday, (for people who stay two weeks or longer): € 20,00 per person
• Small bed/ crib for children € 15,00, if available (bed linen not provided)
• Cleaning and tidying up available, if requested in advance

B&B Daily prices

The daily B&B prices include electricity, hot/cold water, air conditioning, household linen, final cleaning, parking. Breakfast room is open from 08:15 a.m. to 09:45 a.m.
Reserved lodgings can be occupied from 13:00 of arrival day, and have to be vacated by 10:00 a.m. of the departure day. The entrance, even temporary, of other people is not allowed both in the apartment and in the public areas of the residence.

Daily prices

(Complete apartment lodging) Prices in the chart are for person, for night (3 nights minimum) and they are not valid from July to September (included)

The daily price includes electricity, hot/cold water, air conditioning, gas, kitchenware, household l inen, washer, final cleaning, parking.
We remind you that even for short stays there is full access to the main house with all the comforts; cooker, kitchenware, fridge and total freedom; (minimum 3 nights).

Policies:

• Lodging reservation, the minimum length of stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday), only in summer.
• 40% deposit on the entire amount of stay. In case of cancellation of the reservation the whole amount of the advance will be withheld.
• The full payment is required on arrival. No refund for early departures.
• Every room will have to be occupied only and exclusively by the reservation holder, and any passage to others is forbidden.
• We require a security deposit of € 150,00 on arrival that will be refunded at the end of the lease for possible damage to the residential unit,to all the objects, and for any violation of the conditions of agreement.

• Pets are not allowed.
