BED AND BREAKFAST GENERAL RULES
Breakfast room is open from 08:15 a.m. to 09:45 a.m.
Do not eat in the rooms.
No smoking inside the rooms.
Absolutely forbidden to bring in the rooms any form of portable stove, whether gas, that to electricity; same thing for electric coffee makers, milk pot, or coffeemakers!
Is not allowed to enter, even temporarily, of more people both inside the accommodation, both in the common areas of the house.
No pets are allowed.
The balance payment is due upon arrival (cash or check only if the stay is 14 nights), no refunds will be given for early departures.
Each unit will be occupied exclusively by the owner of the booking, and prohibits any form of sale to others.
Leases book can be occupied from 13:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. the day of departure.
